We are lucky in our profession of patent and trademark counsellors to be able to often meet inventors and creative people. It is even more exciting when innovation in artistic fields meets technology. Matthias Müller (Sabre clarinet) and Srdjan Vukasinovic (accordion) are two magnificent examples of such universal spirits. At an apertif with our clients to celebrate the second anniversary of P&TS Zurich, these two international class musicians took out their instruments of their own invention in order to improvise a little concert for us.
Srdjan’s accordian is the first of its kind to be able to play quarter tones, while Matthias’ Sabre clarinet is equipped with accelerometers and other sensors which react to the movements of the musician’s body.
