In this Webinar we will explain the impact the UPC will have, its advantages and disadvantages, and will outline important decisions (in particular the decision to “opt-out” of the UPC) that Patentees and Patent Applicants will have to make ahead of the UPC opening, as well as detailing the most important aspects Patentees and Patent Applicants need to consider when making those decisions. Lastly, we will also address the Unitary Patent; we will touch on the advantages and disadvantages of the Unitary Patent and will highlight aspects you should consider when deciding whether or not a Unitary Patent is the right option for you.
The webinar is via Zoom and will be held in English (upon request questions taken from the audience can be answered in German and/or French). You do not need to install the Zoom app, the browser version will be enough.
